Bought lawn tractor in march 2011,have had many problems with it.After about six service calls, Sears agreed to replace it through manufactor warranty.We asked to have our money refunded.We were told that was not an option because it had been over 90 days since we purchased the tractor.We paid extra to get a Husvarna.This was in August.We are still waiting for delivery and have been told it will be October 12 because it is on backorder.We feel this is really a long time to not have a mower. They say to use the Craftsman until they pick it up and deliver the new tractor in October.That would be great but the wheel has come off two different times while my 70 year old husband was mowing,Just wish they would refund our money so we could go someplace else and purchase a tractor.
