i was browsing anti wrinkle creams online,and hydroxatone was advertising a 30 day trial of their cream for only $1.99 including postage and packaging, so i ordered the trial and it arrived ar my address on 08/01/2011 and it came in quite a big box, i opened it immediatly and there was 2 jars of anti wrinkle creams more than 1oz , (which to me is a sample jar carnt remember the size of the jars, i knew it was a scam straight away so i rung the customer services in nj and there was no answer as i rung several times that day and every day until the 4th aug to cancel my order, as it states in their invoice that u need to call them for a return number to return the items. i decided to return them enyway on the 4th august, well within the 30 day period and they have taken today $69.95 out of my bank account, it cost me 5 pounds to return the items aswell, i have a receipt for the returned items ive contacted my bank to see if they can get me a refund heather
