ON the 3rd of august STP took money from my Personal bank account .$514.25
they say it was an authorised transaction and that i was doing a bank transfer from my Australian bank to mny solid trust pay account. And when i log in and look at all my transactions in STP i can not see where the money has gone. I contacted them via a ticket and they first said they can not find the transaction then they said its a bank wire transfer from my own bank to solid trust and i said show me where it has gone in to my STP account and they cant. they then said call and i tried but i got no answer. i replied and said that and they have not replied i want them to show me written evidence of it going in to my account.
