Hello,
I went online for a loan from a company that I am familiar with. These people got my information somehow, and charged and debited my account for $30.00, claiming that I used "their website" and am being charged for it! What a nightmare! Please help. This $30.00, I need to pay a real bill. Thank-you. Muriel R. Phillips

- I truly understand how you feel, for they have done me the same way and I have been trying since July to get my $30.00 refunded. Plus they have cost me because my account went into overdraft causing my RENT check to bounce now my landlord will not accept any more checks, and I had to pay $455, for late rent, fees, etc., I dont know what to do..Hope things work out for you Muriel
