I ordered slimtone Rasberry ketone and body cleanse following an endorsement from a national newspaper. I entered a free trial and changed my mind. I telephoned several times to cancel the order and could not get through. My husband emailed the company to cancel order and no reply.I had a card through the door from RoyalMail and went down to the sorting office and had the package returned. I have since had £112.50 taken from my account and my bank are watching my account to stop further payments. I have finally managed to speak to someone from customer services today and been informed that because i did not follow their returns policy I have been charged for the products. I had to stay on the phone for quite some time and they agreed to refund half the money. I am still not satisfied with having to pay 56.25 for products I have not received. I telephoned again to discuss with someone more senior and a woman was argumentative and put the phone down on me. This is an unscrupulous company dont be conned!!
