mr johnson advertises as a professional groundworks person. The concrete base and brickwork has a number of errors which has rendered the stables situated ontop to be at risk of severe damage. Mr johnson did not give me a quote for the work done prior to doing it, i told him how much i had as a budget to complete the job which included the concrete being suppiled and delivered ready mix and paid by me. i paid him for vat. but he is not vat registered. he is harrassing and slandering me, i refuse to pay because it will cost me to ammend the damage.
