The S.E.O. company has admitted by email that I have been grossly overcharged by that company. I was asked by their representative, Billy Polson, to lodge a Billing Dispute Notice which I lodged by email on 24.08.12. This was to be considered by senior management and I was told that I would receive a refund within 10 to 14 days of lodging a Billing Dispute Notice. This has not happened. It seems to me that this is a fobbing off measure. When I try to contact the company by phone my calls are never answered and no one ever returns my calls.
It would seem that once this company has credit card details from a customer they withdraw whatever amount they choose with no remorse.
