I did some online research looking for reasonalbe pay day loans and filled out some information. Within three days $300 was deposited to my account and two days later, $30.00 was debited out of my account. I contacted my bank immediately and disputed the $30.00 withdrawal, which they reversed. I have tried calling the number for Hydra fund and have not been able to reach anyone. I want to return the $300 by money order/cashiers check but need a address. In the meantime myself as well as family memebers have been receiving threatening calls from an "Officer of the Court" saying I was going to be arrested for Fraud of a Financial Institution. What the heck???? After much research and contacting a legal advisor, I was told this is a bunch of Bull! These people are ridiculous and not even legal in the State of Texas much less their collection attempts, if you call it that... STAY AWAY FROM ONLINE PAYDAY LOANS!!! I dont know if they are all like this company, but consumer beware....
