This is another issue I have with this dealership. Another deal had gone through with a 2002 Cadillac Seville SLS on August 21st. Again this company refuses to give any paperwork and NOW I KNOW WHY. Even working here for a short time period he had me sign the paper and told me he would give me the info. asap. Well again just as the Jaguar deal he never gave me the papers, then the paperwork came back saying I could not be the primary account holder on two accounts being that I had the Jaguar too. He told me that I had one day to figure someone to be the primary with me or the car is to be back on the lot by the end of basically he said that day. I said that is impossible considering that I had to work, and to have someone try to be a primary on something as large as that would be very difficult to do in one day time, a day notice is short for anything, and to get a primary to co sign with me on a car loan is not something that comes easy. The entire reason behind this is because 4 times over the paperwork was messed up on my boyfriends papers and then it was flagged causing his information to not be processed, although the car was already titled and licensed in his name with proof of ownership to him. The original beginning of this deal was started on July 23rd by an individual who worked for the company who did not even have her Wisconsin Salesperson/Representative test to be filling out our papers to begin with, and she messed them up, was fired, then we sound found out it was Rick dealing with our information, whom was nothing but a nightmare, full of cussing, and in front of my kids even. So when my boyfriends deal with through, the owner Rick told me that if I did not try to do the deal in my name I would lose my downpayment and my trade in vehicle due to the depreciation of the vehicle mileage. But this vehicle is a 2002 and after 10 years the mileage does not depreciate the value because the odometer is exempt but he said it did not matter, I would foreit my downpayment and trade in. So I tried to do the deal, it did not work. Rick Christl Sr, and JR and Chad the manager sat me in the office and said that if I could not come up with someone, they would return my down payment and car back TO MY HOUSE where they took it from within a week. Then they began to play games, like calling me saying that I did not perform a task when I was on a sick day and suspending me. Then the owner attacked my boyfriend causing injury and got arrested, he fired me although I had nothing to do with the incident. They are now holding my vehicle saying they will charge me 25 dollars a day until it is picked up, I am not allowed 125 yards within the place, they refuse to give my 1,000 back, or my items that I brought while I was working there as the office manager. I want my car returned to the exact same spot it was taken, in my driveway of my home, as they said it would be, the service cnotract says if a car deal is cancelled and the car can not be delivered on the date, that all items in the contract shall be delivered back to the customer within ONE business day no matter the circumstances as long as the vehicle is in the same condition, the vehicle has more value, the windows are now tinted. On top of it, this man sold us a vehicle with a previous issue that he knew was there, then made us purchase that expensive insurance (for 1,380) and was waiting for the deal to go fully through before he would fix it. The Wisconsin Buyer Guide stated all parts were in proper working order, however, they failed to look through the car properly because the original auction sheet was still in there that listed not only the part being broken but failing. On July 24th he ordered the broken part and it specifies it was for this vehicle, it sat on the shelf waiting for the contract to go through before it would be fixed due to the high costs of fixing it, and it being a large payout for his shop from the insurance. Then the Buyers guide lists this car for 6,995, but he has me sign the paper, and go back to work and says he will take care of everything, not giving me copies again although I request them, as I have always done even for my jaguar which he has still not done, when I request these from the credit company, the purchase price he listed was for 8,995. So he put two different prices without my knowledge when he made me aware that this vehicle would be sold to me for 6,995. Since they took the vehicle back and cancelled out the contract with credit acceptance, and have had the car for 2 weeks now. I am requesting that I get my 1,000 down payment back as well as my 1988 pontiac formula with all the parts that went with it, including the engine that was on an engine stand, brought back to the same place it was taken from.
