He contact me via facebook and claimed that my cousin have died in togo (Jacob Foday Mansaray) and that he died in a car crash with his wife and daughter. He claimed that he left a fortune of $ 20.600.00.00 (twenty million six hundred usd).
He plead to me to send some cash to activate the money as it has been dormant since 2003.
He send me copies of his togolese documents, death certificates etc.
they use a bank by the name of western union atlantic bank, with a Richard Konti as operations manager and they use the following email address for the bank. [email protected]
they also use a anorther bank as a named central bank in togo: BANQUE CENTRALE DES ETATS DE L'AFRIQUE. BCEAO,B.P:65879 LOME- BOULEVARD CIRCULAIRE.
