i was contacted by phone by a reprenstive of publishers clearing house they got my credit card number.then told me i was being recorded. they told i agreed to this .which i did verabaLLY HOW EVER I DECIDED I DIDNT WANT THE BOOKS THEY TOLD ME I CAN NOT CANCEL THE ORDER.I REQUESTED TO BE BILLED INSTEAD OF USEING MY CREDIT CARD AND WAS REFUSED I DONT BELIVE A VERBAL YES CONSTUTES A CONTRACT.
