I trusted Randy Lyon of Lyon Estate Sales to come into my Mother's home after she passed away to do the sale. Since then there have been several issues!! Took awhile to get my payment, he sent the jewelry that did not sell to the wrong address, in a completely different state. (I had given him my address on several occasions) He does not get me the information I requested in a timely manner... it is now mid September and the sale was the end of June. I absolutely know that way more than what he states was made from the sale!! I am tired of dealing with this whole thing, however, I want what is mine!! Also, I requested that he take what was left and donate it to the blind... he took all of my things to the Goodwill, which I told him absolutely not to do, it was even in the contract!!
