Worst moving experience I have ever had! Binding estimate was
$4,000, then they upped it to $10,000, & still have my stuff! I had to get a lawyer because, the bank said their account that they wanted me to wire the money to, had a different name, & they also tried to get the money from my debit card which they used for a deposit, & even charged plane tickets on it, for them. It's been 3 months & they still have my stuff, which they have threatened to auction off, but my lawyer says if they do, it will be a felony by theft. So learn from my bad experience, & don't get taken by these scammers!

Statement presented herein are false, lies, in an attempt to ruin our reputation Terri Jordon, request that we deliver her items to KY, in which we arrived and delivery 80% of her household items, customer then refused to payment the balance, the company has lost extraordinary amount of money due to trusting this customer, we have also contact her attorney in which he fails to return our phone call, emails, and mail. This once again proof that you cannot believe everything you read on the internet since information is not verified through these forums. Below is her attorney info in which she claims she has, her attorney even stated that what she did was wrong and probably this is why he is no longer getting involved. Terri Jordon has also failed to return all of our calls, emails, and certified mail in regards to her balance and remaining items in which she is refusing to accept. By federal law we have 90 days to receive a respond prior to auctioning her household items, we have attempted to get a hold of her so we can just deliver her items, and deal with the balance owe for our services through civil court. Terri Jordon has ignore all of our response.

I was just informed by Tony, of GAVL, that all of my belongings have been auctioned off. I have not told any lies, & they did not deliver 80% of my items, only about 20%.
My attorney did not say I did anything wrong, he said they have committed a felony by theft, & he will pursue my case all the way. I have not ignored their responses, my attorney told me to have no contact with them, because Michael, a Russian guy, was very abusive on the phone, & calling me a liar. They are trying to cover this up because they tried to get into my bank account, since they had my debit card number, from my $200 deposit, which is stealing too. I had just lost my Dad right before I moved, & all his important papers & belongings I wanted to keep, were on that truck, his USMC papers, VA cemetary records & all my family heirlooms that have been handed down through the generations that cannot be replaced. I don't know how my son & I are going to deal with the loss of our baby books, birth certificates, baby pictures, diplomas, graduation pictures, yearbooks, school pictures, report cards,awards, & family pictures that can't be replaced. All our life was on that truck, & now it is gone. My rights as a person have been violated, & I wonder how Tony would feel if someone took his family valuables & threw them in a dumpster. There are other complaints where they have done this before, & someone needs to stop them from doing this to other people. I had already paid them $3,200 & the binding estimate was $4,000

- We have contact her Terri Jordan Attorney and he again refuses to take our call, we have lost thousands of dollars and Terri Jordon had made many promises Terri has at one point even produced a fake tracking wire number for the balance due in an attempt to deceive us again, We are willing to work this issue out with Terri Jordon but she refuses to take our calls or respond to any emails other than these non-verified forums in which have no mediators and verification of the information provided herein, we do have paperwork and paper tracks of all emails and conversation.
