I applied for pay day advance online with my name address, etc it also request that you provide account information to verify active account and where funds will be deposited once accepted. Pacific Advance at the end of application asks do you agree to $30 processing i selected no i do not wish to pay and closed out screen, however an attempted charge of $30 was done on my account without authorization on 9/12/12 I had a return check nsf 3 times because I had 2 small transactions pending for the avaiable amount of $18 i had in my account. I attempted to contact customer service and got no where with requesting letter to my bank to reverse charges I spoke with Sandra Parks (Escalations Manager) and Mark who stated he was the head of company and he was the only one esle I could speak with and both Sandra and Mark advised me they were not going to go in circles with me and they released the call. I work in customer service call center, as well and unless a customer is irrate,using profanity or personally attackig us we can not just hang up on customers because we are tired of dealing with them. I called a third time and spoke with Sandra again she stated they will cancel application and send $100 gas voucher I declined gas voucher and requested a letter to be sent to my bank so nsf can be reversed she stated that they have no capability do that. When I questioned details of gas card she could not answer how it could be redeemed and if I would be able to use full $100 if my tank does not take $100 worth of gas. I requested she email while we are on the phone she stated she could not do email now I must wait for it. I declined any gift card. Mark and Sandra refused to give me any company details and they stated that they are the highest level of management in the company. I also requested screen shot to show confoirmation of me agreeing she stated they did no have that. Please see what we can do to stop this slam happening again to someone esle.
