I had ordered the trial version of both sylk skin and vitalyze and they both have charged my acct 79.99 each for new bottles that I never ordered or authorized them to do. There is no complaint customer service# and I've had to work with my bank to get the charges reversed. It's a nightmare!!

- i have just been scammed too, am am lividdddd, ive has to cancel my bank card and change it so they cannot charge the old card again but ive lost 63 pound for nothing and possibly more the bank advised they likley charge again soon. all i saw was an ad for free sample and postage ONLY no direct debit details or agreements to tick, ohhh and thier email add fails to address. im so angry with this scam and gutted i didnt know better! if you have not canceled your card , do so! annd call the bank and put a dispute in, they cant give back what you lost before the dispute but after that any paments taken the bank will refumnd! thats in the UK i dont know how US banks work.
