Philip Cottrell, based in Spain working as the MD of Forensic Wealth Management has taken money from clients for reservations on property purchases. He has taken this money and the clients have never seen from him since. He is very good at getting people to part with money due to his story, he claims his mother was ex high sheriff of Kent as so he is a good egg!

Yes it appears our old friend Philip Cottrell based now in Gibraltar after running away from Spain is trying to start up again.
