Yesterday I purchased the downsell of their product for 19.00 instead of the initial 39.00. I have never received the product, or the login information for the "members area". I submitted a ticket and contacted the support email address as they "Suggest" but have not heard back from anyone.
VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED!
