I order a door seal for my freezer,when it arrived I removed the old and fitted the new,only to find it did not fill the space between the door and the freezer,and did not form a seal,that required.
I removed the new put it back in the packet,and fitted the old approx only a 10minute job.
Hotpoint insist I pay for a service engineer to call and fit the seal that not suitable,
All I require they have there goods returned and refund my payment of £37-91
