I recently started going back to school. I am a single mother. I have applied for multiple grants online. I received a phone call from someone who claimed to be from the government claims department at the number (732) 847-2955. They knew all of my personal information regarding school and grants I have applied for. They stated I won an essay grant I had applied for. They claimed it was a $50,000 grant. They had me westernunion $305 to them for what they claimed was the taxes to wire this "grant money" into my account. They have blocked my phone calls to where I can no longer reach them. On Friday, September 14, 2012, they said they were transferring me to the president at Bank of America. I had spoken to whom I thought was really the president and given him the information he needed to place the money in my account. Since then, no money has went to my account and my identity has been used. I have had to put a freeze on my accounts, file police reports, file reports to credit bureaus, and file withing local offices here.
