I was contacted by what was supoosed to be Cashnetusa.com after I filed an application online .. They demanded to approve the loan a money pac card NOW that I said NO I want my money back they won't give me my money instead they are threatening to have me arrested !!

We would recommend you take the following steps:
-Do NOT give out any of your personal information to this operator or any other callers you think might be scammers. For more information on how to spot a scam, please visit the Federal Trade Commission's (FTC) help page here http://www.ftc.gov/bcp/edu/pubs/consumer/telemarketing/tel16.shtm.
-Please give our Fraud Prevention Team a call at 866.254.3581 and let them know all the details of your encounter. This will allow us to report the incident to the authorities as well. I have notified the team of your post, and they are ready to assist in any way they can.
Unfortunately, we cannot stop calls from fraudsters like this because they are obviously not associated with CashNetUSA. But with your help, we are doing what we can with multiple law enforcement agencies to stop scammers.
