Tranquility Studios placed their add through Groupon. The reservations are taken only on-line. You cannot reach them by phone. I booked several massages in advance and received email confirmation. However, when shoing up for the actual service, no record of my reservation was found.

- yes - just experienced the exact same thing when I went for my first appointment. I was given the number of the person who put the schedules together, I assume this is the manager, Asif. I have not called him yet, I instead have decided to contact Groupon to have this resolved.
