I signed up to receive a free bottle of perfume for shipping charges. I am now learning that my credit card has been charged twice. Once for $95.00 and Once for $49.95. I have tried emailing the company directly via their site and via the enclosed card that comes with my perfume that states how to contact them. I also tried numerous times to call but before hours you get a recording. During business hours it just rings. Today I finally reached a rep and I blasted them. After being put on hold I was told I would receive a full refund within 2 to 5 business days. I said I better but what I did not tell them was that I was still disputing the charges on my credit card. They assured me that they all emails were legitimate

  • GOOD LUCK! I was told I had 14 days to contact them about returning the order.I didn't get it till the 15th day.They told me it was up to me to inform them I hadn't gotten it in 14 days.After much back & forth,they did offer to put a refund of $40 into my account..I just wanted my account closed.They assured me it was.....Guess not,because last week I was called and offered $100 in coupons for future orders! After a few choice words,I rudely hung up on them...
    Again,Good Luck.....They do have the upper hand.Small print at bottom of their site about 14 days,I did not see.
    Please keep this site informed.Did you like your FREE perfume? I did not.But could not send it back.
