They came out to re-roof our house. They submitted an initial claim to the insurance so we received an initial check but they were supposed to submit a final claim so that we can receive the final $2,000 but they haven't and now are no longer returning our phone calls. It has been several weeks now. The phone numbers listed in the "phone book" have also been disconnected.
