On my 9/10/2012 telephone bill they are charging me for something i did not order.( ESPN GamePlan @121.00 payment 1 of 4) Jeremy Woodward told me he could not take it off of my bill.He said i could look at it if i wanted to because he was not going to remove it.This happened about three years ago
and they removed it with no problem.They claim that they sent me a notice,I informed him that i have never received any kind of notice.I have never ordered the GamePlan.This was the supervisor that i spoke to.
I would appreciate it if you could help me because i refuse to pay for something that i did't order.
