An associate and I attended to a free seminar in June 14, 2012, that didn't turned out to be fee at all. It has cost me distress, time and not to mention the money the company won't refund. The attitude of “pay me now and then I’ll tell you what you are buying” doesn't make sense. I know that Craig will probably get people to sign up and make money off this. They have a policy that locks and pins the customers into the wall, in a matter that the consumer has no other choices but to submit to them and their policies. I asked for a refund on a seminar that is months away, in November 16-18, 2012 to be exact, but won't refund due to their "zero risk, judge and leave" policy. Not only do we have to show up to the seminar to cancel but have to make the expense of travel and hotel, because you cannot cancel the first day, we have to wait until the second day at mid-day to do so?? I have no reason to give him my money as these are not services rendered yet and canceled 5 months in advance, yet it seems I need to spend more money to get the refund back.
