I returned a phone call i received in the morning hours and the person receiving the stated his name was David Cooper from the mega million dollar sweep stakes out of PCH he said i won the third place prize which was suppose to be $3.5 million dollars and couple of cars he mention to and I was like wow today must be my lucky day he said it was my lucky day then he said this all you have to do!now when he told me he was from the publishing clearing house i was no where being hesitant he told me it was not a joke and that it was for real. So I asked him a lot of questions he seamed to be real but I was wrong he told me to go to wal mart or a Walgreen to purchase a green dot money pak card so I drove over 60 miles just to get to a Walgreen in Billings Montana on main street in the heights after purchasing the card he ask me to scratch of the back and give him the 14 digit pin number and he kept saying you have to trust me on this if your going to be rich and he said soon as he confirms the pin number he would call his boss and let him know that the money went through and the his boss will get a hold of the UPS service and winning certificate will be on its way but instead he called me back and said i needed another $299 to release the prize from the IRS because of the amount of the pay out was so large I told I don't have $299 he said i could get it some that i had to he even ask me to go and pawn something valuable to get the money i told him no i will not so OK out the kindness of my heart i'll pay $100 and he ask me to pay only $199 and i said no Mr. David cooper i just want my money back he began to get get offend it finally he said he would send my money back with western union again he called me back and said to give him $250 just to release my $105 three days ago i went to the western union to retrieve my money and the told me he had to release the conformation number to me but i can't get a hold of him till i retrieve that phone number from version cellar service and i'm going to find out if the possibly recorded our conversation unless you people can help me out in any way people like Mr. David cooper need to put them behind bars where they belong..Thank you my name is Franklin Jefferson (Personal Information Removed) some more numbers on the lower left hand side is 1220344 right side is 33.505.0811 again thank you for youe help!!!!
