My family and I need your urgent help we have no idea what to do. It all started back in 2010 when my brother decided to build a shed in our garden, so my brother hired a builder, he built the shed but he did not build it properly as it may be a fire hazard. He also didnot provide us with no reciept of timbers that he bought. As we live in a council house the council has said that he built it wrongly. The council wants us to get rid of the shed as it is built wrongly. Myself and and family contacted him via mobile he is saying he will charge us for further work or to get rid of the shed, but our argument is he built it wrong hence we are not eligible for any exspense. He should sort it out.

We contacted him agin via mobile he text us with text saying: 'who do you think you are ..........if we contact himagin he said his brother-in-law who is police officerand solicitor will take action against us.
