I would like to complain about this online shop http://www.blackshoppingchannel.net as I bought hair products from them on the 19th of June 2012 and have contacted them twice on the phone and twice on email and still have not received the products. I have requested for a refund and since then have had problems getting to speak to somebody on the phone. Please help me. The products were $70.92 ? change
