Three years ago last June, I moved in and the manager said the rent was going to be $675 per month if I signed a 6 month contract. They charged me $795 each month. 7 managers later....they will neither make it right nor lower my rent. They showed me the contract and it does say $795, although even new renters are at a much lower rate. They also promised free internet, which finally started working about a year ago, and central vacuum, which lasted a couple months before they turned it off. They also put an eviction notice addressed to another person in a different apartment on my door and, amazingly, left my door unlocked twice at night while I was at work.
