Applied for pay day loan over 4 years ago. They charged my account (ACH style) for 29.95 yesterday. They did not call for me to authorize. They said they sent an email. They are refunding the money. They said it was part of membership I signed up for, didn't know I signed up for it. Glad they are refunding but this should NOT be legal. Do NOT get pay day loans or personal loans on line EVER!!

- I called the company 888-485-5853, they said they would refund my money within 1-5 days. I will contact you further if the funds are not returned. Also, there is a website where you can do this as well... cghelp.org -- use your email as username and your home phone as a password.
