But once payday arrives he would make excuses or give reasons that the company paypal account has problems or will issue an e-check just to keep you calm and make you feel alright. But once the clearing of the echeck arrives, it will be declined because the checking/bank account has no sufficient funds.
HE has done this for a lot of employee he recruited.
