I was charged 39.99 to my checking account by this company who I do not know who they are, and when it came through it overdrafted my checking account which had a positive balance as of yesterday. 35.00 will be charged to my account today for overdrafting. I am very upset. I called their number- there customer service was closed. I called my bank to report this charge and check and my choices are deal with the merchant myself or close the account.I managed to find a number to supposedly cancel there service 302-724-6109. It was a recording- so I don't put a lot of faith in a company who don't put real people on the phone to handle a cancellation. I am angry and upset. Scam book has done a great job with other complaints I have had in the past- I am hoping we can get resolve on a company like this. There check states :"Recovery Services" , charges 39.99, does not have my personal information , and says authorized by phone.
