Complaint Description:
I paid for all the items on July 9, 2012. There is still one outstanding item: Battery El-15 for Nikon D7000 has not been delivered. July 9, 2012: Tony told me he does not have the battery in stock today and asked me not to worry, I just need to come back the day after tomorrow (July 11, 2012) to pick it up. July 11, 2012: I came back to his store, he still not have it, he promised to send me the battery to my address. I provided the address, my phone number but never heard from him. July 27, I tried to call him but he never picked up the phone. I faxed him after that. A few minutes after he received the fax, he called me and promised he would order the battery and told me: .."don't worry, I will send you the battery" August 13, 2012: I still have not received the battery and never heard any thing from him. Therefore, I tried to call him but he never pick up the phone until I used different phone to call him, this time he pick up the phone. He told me ....he will not deliver to me and hung up the phone. Note that on the Invoice, he wrote Battery El-15 for Nikon for tomorrow, but I still have never received it yet. He also has the Heading on the invoice as ELITE ELECTRONICS. I am an honest citizen and never thought a store like this would break the promise, took my money and don't delivery what he promised. Please help me to resolve the issue. Also the store should be published so that honest citizen would know about it to avoid the scam. Thank you very much.

All I am asking is delivering the new working battery El-15 for Nikon D7000 camera as I paid for it as a package deal specified in the invoice.

Today: Sept 20, 2012 I tried to call and fax to him but it looks like he either changed the numbers or block my numbers I could not reach him.
