Received a email from a potential customer from FBO.gov site. Initial contact on March 19. 2012. Customer requested Motorola radios. Over the next 8 weeks worked with customer to fill order. Initially a fraud hold was placed on the credit card provided a few days later hold was lifted by credit card processing company, with the hold being lifted order was processed. After receipt of product, customer cancelled credit card payments within a week. Multiple attempts to receive payment. Received several new credit card numbers that were invalid, plus promises to mail certified funds all invalid. Never received payment through credit card nor certified funds through the mail.
Received a new broadcast email from same customer/email address requesting the same Motorola radios this past week Sept 14, 2012..
