i was charge a 19.00 charge from your company for loan application fee for something i did not apply for and would like the money returned to my account as soon as possible. i am on a fixed income and my monthly bills are done from this account. this will interfere with the funds cause me to have over drawn fee to my account. i am not able to pay the cost of these fee. i do not know how you got my banking information to do this tranaction. i appreciate any help with this matter. sincerely yours jacqueline smith.
