Made an order from this website yesterday but soon discovered this was a fraudulent website when I received no order confirmation or no tracking number!! Site looked like a completely genuine online Hollister store (at the time), and payment was made through something called an "ECPSS Payment Gateway" - which I now know is a credit card processing scam. But by the time I had contacted my bank, the transaction had been processed. Immediately cancelled my credit card so that no further damage could be done. No contact details given on the website (which should have been a giveaway) - only an email (no address) from which I have yet to receive a reply.

After reading other complaints about this website, I learned that this site is in no way affiliated with the Hollister company or with the Hollister store in Dundrum. These fraudsters have created almost an exact replica of the official hollisterco.com website (based in the US) posing as an Irish version in order to scam unsuspecting Irish/other European consumers.

It has to be noted that this fake website appeared BEFORE the hollisterco.com when typed into Google, and also that complaints were made about this particular site as far back as April of this year and yet this website has not been shut down!!!

Although I am a student & cash is always going to be an issue (especially this amount), I just have to come to terms with the fact that I have effectively sent €250 to some conman in China and this is next to impossible to retrieve??? However, I would be willing to contribute as much as possible in order to close down this website and put an end to this deceitful practice so that nobody has to endure the anger & frustration that I have felt so needlessly.
