I placed an online order at www.trainingsolutionsaustralia.com.au on the above date for 1 x TRX Trainer Force Kit 2010 Model for AUD $129.00. After about two weeks I emailed their online contact asking when my order will arrive. I received a reply advising I can expect my product by 31 August. It is now 21 Sept.
Since their last email I have sent four more emails & left two phone messages on their contact number from the website with no reply.
As per their shipping info all orders over $100 will be sent with free tracking & signature service so it is not possible it has been lost in the mail.
I appreciate any help with getting my order to me ... Or indeed finding out if they are scamming me.

- I will be dropping this complaint with Scambook, as I am taking it up with the Dept of Commerce Western Australia - Consumer Protection.

- Good luck to all who are still waiting. I'll let you know how it goes with Consumer Protection. Hopefully they'll shake the tree until something that looks like my order falls out. Cheers.

- I hope you receive your order soon, I had to email pretty much several times a day and I did advise the company I'd taken it up with the ACCC. I have now received the TRX, but I would NEVER deal with this company again. Hopefully Consumer Protection can help, that was going to be my next port of call. Let us know how you go, hoping something falls out of that tree for you. Oh and as an aside, my order was sent via Express Post and left on the doorstep, no signature. Anyone could have taken it!

- Thanks DoubleDecaf, I haven't got much further but think I'll also try the daily email option (as much as it pains me to do). This guy shouldn't be allowed to operate, it's mad how many people are having this same issue. Hearing you received your order gives me new hope ... I honestly thought it was a scam. Thanks for your comment.
