CCI CARE charged my credit card without my authorization, now for the seventh month. I called their number 877-227-3115 but just got the run-around without being able to talk to a person and tell them to stop their so-called services and the monthly charge of $35.

Provide us with the date and amount of the last charge, along with the last 4 digits and card type of the card being charged. We will do everything we can to resolve this issue for you.
