Sales people are lying to the customers. They are using “System Optimizer” to change the view of the computer screen and trying to scare people by telling them that if they don’t pay $199.99 right away their computer will crush next second and all their data will be lost and all financial information will be stolen.
I want my money back and I don’t want to deal with such a company ever again.
P.S Customer service is impossible to reach. Waiting time 45-60 minutes!!!!!!!
