I tried to order a guitar from this website. I was told that "The credit card processor will be back online on 1st of November. We are signing a new contract with PayPal as a credit card processor. During this period we are able to receive payments by Western Union Money in Minutes transfer." So I went ahead and sent them the money via western union and after I had been informed that the money had been received, I got NO order confirmation or tracking number. When I tried to contact the customer service person I had been communicating through email, she stopepd responding to my emails and the phone number listed for her was disconnected. Since the money was already picked up, western union cannot refund my money and my bank is powerless because the transaction is poseted for western union and not loveyourmusical.com
