I was preparing to move on August 11 2012 and found that I was short on boxes to pack my 1 bedroom apartment.The staff of the moving company that charged approximately 4 to 5 hundred dollars to move 1 mile and a half away became aggressive and offered no boxes and made me feel completely uncomfortable.I was alone and managed to get through the experience. I am a 44year-old female on a disability. Th ey offered to give me aride to my new address with my belongings in the back of aclosed trailer while they stopped for drinks. It was an extremely hot day . They then continued to be disrespectful by approaching my new neighbours .God knows saying what, or even soliciting themselves. The entire experience was traumatizing.

Ths calim is false, we have done everything we can to help this lady out and we went above and beyond the call of duty, we arriveed on time and she came anhour late, we packed everything she had while her place was a mess < we wrraped all items and all furniture and all the lose items that she had no boxes for and we spent 3 hours more that what we were contracted for, and we got no compensation and thank you, we did not want do do the move because she was not any where raedy to be move and she expected us to bring boxes with the move while we were not getting paid to pack but to move only-- she insisted on going ahead with the move knowing that we might be quite late for oursecnond job, she called up on 2 of her friends to help , and after the move was done properly she waited 3 mpnth and called us to report damdge, when infact she told us at the end of the mov that we did a good job.
under any case our company can not be reponsible for any damage if the client got other people directly invloved in the move and if inded there was damadge , it shoud have been reported with in 14 days , not 90 days. thank you.
please remove this unfare complaint against our company , which has one the best reputation inthe moving industry in BC< thank you, my name is Darek and my number is 604-721-4555 <<< email: [email protected] -

typo correction,, we worked extra 3 hours due to Mrs,Sorenson not been ready and having quite a bit more than what she told us on the phone before we sent the estiamte to social services<< Mrs,Sorenson shame on you< shame on you for what you are saying , no company in BC wouyld have accpetd to do this move on the conditions that she had her place in,, but we were men enough to not leave her stranded , and professional enough not to casue any damadge and polite enough to put up her short temper.
