I saw another complaint on this website for Apphia Webster and went through the exact same bad experience he had, she stole money then lied about her capabilities and services. She obviously replied to the complaint and looks guilty in her response. It's funny how guilty people always try to turn things around and blame their victim(s)! Take responsibility for you actions Apphia Webster! You are a Thief, a Liar and a Cheat. As Lee stated in his complaint, you take money from innocent people and then come up with every excuse there is in the world why your services have NOT be completed! You say you can only think of 2 people who could have written that post? Well that is sad within itself that you have scammed ANYONE. Even in your reply you are trying to be defensive! What kind of business person are you? You would have been more creditable in your response if you had said you had NO CLUE that someone with whom you had previously done business with felt that way about your services and requested unhappy client follow up directly with you to see if you could rectify the situation. So, since that is not what you did, you automatically place yourself in the guilty chair! GUILTY, GUILTY, GUILTY. Case closed. And trust me when I say that the internet can break your business down to nothing. People read and since your name is unique, people will read this post and many others will start telling their side of how you stole from them. Reply back if you like; say what you want but it will not change the fact that you are a THIEF! And by the way your grammar and spelling need a lot of work!

  • I liked what you said about guilty people turning things around to try and make the victim look at fault!! Good for you, that is so true!!! When someone double talks, makes excuses, they are the guilty one. Thanks for that comment.

  • I have no problem admitting to my mistakes. However, I do have a problem when people do not admit their mistakes and try to push them off on other people instead of taking responsibility. That is where my issue comes in at. You cry scam, when number one, it was you that got into the mess you were in the first place and number 2 you expect someone to perform miracles. Lastly, when you are in the position of an owner, you deal with companies that are not legit, but you are not aware of them. At that time, you have already paid the money to the company and have a hard time getting your money back from that company for the client, and you are left with trying to find an alternative solution or trying to get your money back from your bank so that you can refund your clients money back to them, because lets face it, your profit comes in after your obligation is fulfilled to the client. Do not talk about my grammar or spelling, thank you very much. Also, in my first response, if the people are who I think they are, the services were already rendered. They know exactly what I am talking about. I also love, how people comment on things when they have no idea on what the situation or issue is. Luckily I do not rely on the internet to perform services, however if they do see this information, I already have court cases printed out, documentation printed out, that way my arguments are supported. I am not going to play dumb and act like I do not know anything, but I am also not going to sit back and and allow dirt thrown on me or my business when these same individuals that are crying scam are scamming others in the first place.

  • Apphia Webster you are a scam artist and a FRAUD! Therefore, any documents you show to your clients are probably self-produced. Again, instead of taking ownership on your role in putting your clients in these positions, you come on this site and want to throw rocks at your clients. There are people out there that you have NOT given a refund to and you continue to lie to them about it. There are past clients that have had to use “other” methods in order to get their money back from you after waiting months and continuing to listen to your lies. A legitimate business owner knows profit and loss. A legitimate business owner knows that there is no profit if a service/product purchased is NOT delivered to your client. A thief, which is you, has no such education or thought process. You obviously lack common business sense and it shows in your lack of professionalism. Take responsibility in your part for NOT being a responsible businesswoman, a liar, a cheat, a thief and a fraud. You bring shame to your industry and to legitimate women business owners who work incredibly hard to provide good customer service and are client conscious. You lack in personal responsibility but have a surplus in pointing the finger at clients that you have committed fraud on. You are truly a sad, sad, sad individual.   • Oh and by the way, all the documents that I have are not self produced. They are available for Public Viewing in the Federal Court System. Also about that mugshot...that isn't me, lol. I don't have anything on my background at all, but I bet that you do, right? My background check is crystal clear. You don't have to answer that because we both know the answer to that.

  • Oh and yes, I have had someone file a complaint against me. I will not lie about that. Guess what though. I won. The charges were dropped because I provided LEGITIMATE documentation that the individual was a cheat, liar, and had a personal vendetta against me. Also, in return, I filed charges against them, they received probation for filing a false report, and in return I won a settlement. I will do that again if need be. I do not have a record and my background is crystal clear. Also, it is against scambooks policy I was advised to post pictures of people or links of pictures to people as well. Not only that, but they clearly see that from my DL photo and that mugshot photo, that it wasn't me. So, again, do your research before you start posting things that clearly are not true.

  • Federal? Federal Court System! It is laughable to think that using that excuse is acceptable. To even have something in the Federal system is scary within itself (dumb on your part). It doesn't matter that the mugshot isn't yours, the one on the other complaint is YOU. You have no clue as to who I am because again, you have committed fraud on so many people I could be your mother and you wouldn't know it! Yes I am a legitimate client who you have stolen money from, lied to and I have the right to complain. You on the other hand? What are you really complaining about? You stole plenty of money from people! Are you not rich enough? Is that your complaint? In your 1st response to Lee you (without know) incriminated your ownself. Just stop being defensive when you are guilty. You have lowered yourself even more than expected, but again you are Apphia Ann Webster so that can't be too hard for you to do. If you took the time to stop responding back to these posts so fast and provided good customer service to your clients then maybe people would not have the need to go to these forums to complain about you! As a responsible parent (which you are not) you should want to set a better example. It is a sad thing that females like you have children (who are always around you, even during business calls) and are responsible for molding them into productive, honest and law abiding citizens when you lack the knowledge yourself.   • Regardless of the photo, the name was still yours! Quit arguing about the truth! And since you are a liar you stating that you took someone to court means nothing to me. You are going to have to take a lot of people to court and the outcome will not be favorable to you. There are emails and 3rd parties that have proof that you scammed services, promised a refund and did Nothing! Stop digging a hole and making yourself look even worse. I mean, really how dumb can you be?

  • Your response is just as ignorant as you are. I already know who you are but I am not going to call you out. Why? You already know why. I am not in the Federal Justice System honey. If you would have read my response carefully, you would realize that my proof on others that have claimed to be scammed are being sued for millions of dollars and have suits filed against them already. It has nothing to do with me. It has everything to do with them. I already know who you are and your geographical location. I will not call you out. What I will do is take my proof and put it to good use. That is what I will do. I have already wasted enough of my time on here. Scambook is working for me because it is giving my clients a chance to see the individuals that I have been working with and because I have LEGITIMATE documentation that proves you have a personal vendetta. Enjoy the rest of your day. I know that I will. I have already been silly enough to bow down to your level by entertaining this. People know me, they know who I am, they know my character, and they know I don't take advantage of anyone. I don't have anything to prove to you. What I will say is that when you are ready to solve this the right way, contact me. You have my information...some that isn't correct...but you do have some information. You know how to reach out to me. I don't appreciate your comments about me as a mother because I have not attacked you in your position at all. However I don't take offense to them because I know that I am a great mother and I will always be a great mother. They are well taken care of and always will be.   • Lastly I do want to say that you are showing yourself in a not so good manner. Anyone that starts of name calling, attacking someone's character, and bringing their children into it shows a lack of class and character. Regardless of how you feel about me, you should have never brought my children or how you feel about my parenting skills, because lets face it, you don't know my children, you don't know how I raise my children, and you really don't know me at all. You have a sense (your sense), on how you think I run my business based on 1 complaint and your dealings with me, but you have no clue on how I am as a parent. The point is, you aren't making yourself look very good when you start attacking areas that you have no first hand knowledge of at all. So, for those reading my responses, they may feel that I should have taken a better approach to my responses or not responded at all, which I do agree with. However, with you, it seems like you have a personal vendetta and now you have brought my family into it. Again, I am not on the offense, because I know your statements are far from the truth. Again, taking it to a public forum doesn't make it any better. Anyways, I am done. When you want to work this out, contact me directly because I am done with scambook. You will not get another response out of me with this. If you want a response out of me, contact me directly for a resolution. I apologize for coming down to your level instead of maintaining the high road. I would never endanger someones family by putting their personal information or picture on the internet.   • I am so glad she will not be responding again! I am glad she took my advice and decided to stop digging a hole for herself. Maybe she will now take my other advice and start refunding clients their money. Again putting an end to the purpose for people using these forums to complain. Good for you Apphia! Now let's get back to the real situation and the truth. If Apphia really, really wanted this to be resolved she could use this forum to resolve it and pay back the money she has stolen, hence proving me wrong. Since Apphia claims to know who I am and knows my geographical location (which is a lie); if that is the case she also has my phone number, email address, date of birth, social security number, mother’s maiden name, home address all of which she has not used to refund my money. Scam book gives everyone the option to resolve complaints to under their Business Resolve Section of this website. But since Apphia Ann Webster wants to silence me by having me contact her, instead of her being a good business woman and contact me; she continues to ignore the facts and thinks this is going away which shows how disillusioned she really is. And if she didn’t take my personal opinion about her parenting skills, or lack thereof, to heart, then she would have no reason to be so defensive. Guilty, Guilty, Guilty!

REFUND PEOPLE THEIR MONEY AND STOP WASTING MY TIME BY RESPONDING WITH YOUR FALSE STATEMENTS! And by the way lowering your standards by responding to my complaint is not an accurate statement.   • A Teachable Moment. To all business owners; this also includes me. It is your duty as a legitimate business owner to be responsible to and on your client’s behalf. It is not only your reputation at risk when you do otherwise but your client’s hard earned money that is at stake. If you receive a complaint from a client, take it to heart because for whatever reason YOU have done something to make the client feel the way he/she does. Instead of trying to discredit your client, try to resolve their issues in a timely manner by being honest, doing what you say and by not making promises you cannot keep. Once you offer a service, exchange money, promise to resolve the problem and then do NOTHING you can’t then think it is ok to vindicate yourself by telling your client that it is their fault for the mess they are in. It is not the client’s fault; that is FRAUD on your behalf. Look up the definition. It is YOUR fault and you should be held accountable. You cannot argue with someone about their feelings. You can apologize for making someone feel a certain way and state your true intentions with your actions. Going on the defense does nothing for you, your business reputation nor does it clear up things for your client. Taking someone's money is a big deal & very personal. If you cannot take these steps, then don't do business as a self- employed business owner. You are not qualified and cannot govern yourself accordingly. One of the reason’s small business fail is the owner is ill-equipped and lacks the necessary business skills in order to operate a business successfully. Good customer service is a mandatory skillset. Some things cannot be taught! You have to be born with some decency, self-respect and common sense in order to realize these things. IF you cannot resolve the client’s issues then refund them their money. You bless someone not only with your words but your action! Be responsible, Be truthful & Deliver!

  • Apphia Webster, and her new business name; My Creative Solutions took a total of 1950.00 from me. she had to return 400.00 due to this being a paypal account. I am still out the rest of my 1550.00 with three promises of a refund. I am done. I am going to the police. She can threaten, but at the end of the day she owes the money. That's the bottom line. I suggest everyone go to the police. Then she would learn and only then.
