This is a letter sent to the seller today:

I placed an order to USOLINESTORE 10 days ago (Sept 12th). (Orden No. UOS20120913023755 ).

5 days later, you sent an email saying the item was shipped, I went online (USPS.COM) to check about the tracking number included (EE830850039CN)
and the system said “We have received notice that the originating post is preparing to dispatch this mail piece”.
Today (10 days later after the purchase) I went to your website only to find there is no phone number, just an option to send a message, so I did.
My message reads:
...”I placed an order to you several days ago (UOS20120913023755 ). After that, you sent me a tracking number 5 days ago and until today the USPS website doesn't give me any information about it. They are just "waiting" for the package it claims.
I need to know when I will receive it.
Now, there are 2 things I didn't notice before.
You do not provide a phone number and it seems that if you are shipping the item it will be from China. If that is the case you can not use USPS. So it doesn't make sense either. Why you don't state that when placing an order ? I think you should.  
I paid using paypal so if I do not hear you in a couple of days I am afraid I will file a complaint there and just get my money back....”

A few minutes after I send the message I got an email from you. The words in that email are EXACTLY the same as the first email you sent me right after I placed the order, and it reads:
...”Thank you for your orders on our website www.usonlinestore.net.  Your order UOS20120913023755 is now on processing.Once your payment is comfirmed,we will arrange the shipping ASAP.We will send you the order track information after the shipping so that you can track the shipping details in any time you want.Hope you will enjoy your shopping on our website.Any further questions please feel free to contact us....”

After so many days I find that this email is irrelevant. My paypal account shows that you have received the payment more than a week ago.

  • Buscar Resolución: Otro
  • Close the website, refund to everyone (affected) and stop scamming people.
