6 men's shirts significantly shrunk and not able to wear. Some were brand new. Dry cleaners were rude and denied responsibility. When BBB contacted them, they were more willing to help us out but only offered 8 times the cost of the drycleaning (about $18 per shirt yet some of them were valued at $80). We would like BBB to continue helping us. Thank you.
