This is concerning the transfer of a title, of my car to my brother. The certificate of title that I have have the address in the first secured party, the Americredit financial services that have been paid in full. The problem occurred when I tried to transfer the title to my brother, I found out, a lien release(BFF6832) was needed. The Vehicle identification (JN8AR07Y1XW383853) a 1999 Nissan Pathfinder four-door. Americredit financial services name was changed to GMAC, but the certificate of title information with financial lien release was a problem and I could get Americredit to fax my release form. Now my brother is in a position at this point we are in the Secretary of State office needing my truck to do a job this day. GMAC, nor Americredit financial services could supply me with my lien release that I needed for my brother to go to work with the tag and title of the car this day September 21, 2012, which is a Friday. My complaint is, they had two months to transfer this business with this high technical logical world we live in in this is unacceptable and I am suffering because I had to use my insurance to cover him while he got a tag to go to work with you please check into this and find out why when they take people money and a company gets transferred, why are titles of documents not transferred also? This put me in a financial hardship for a moment.
