On August 28, 2012 at Mi Tortilla restaurant in Riverside, CA, Darren Parkerson accepted $18,500 in cash from me to set up an off shore account. He promised it would be completed by September 5, 2012. On August 29, 2012, I requested my money returned because this didn't feel right. He told me that he would not return the money. The account was not set up as promised and on September 13, 2012, he requested more information from me called "due diligence." This was the first time I received this request. I explained that since they missed the promised deadline, I no longer trusted him or his company (1-800Companies.com) and would not be sending any more money for this account. I requested my money back again. This time he told me it was my fault account hadn't been set up because I failed to submit due diligence. I requested he send an itemized list of how my money has been allocated for this account. He refused. I requested my money back again. He refused. I told him I would be contacting an attorney. He told me that is fine but it will not help me.

- Dear Christina Van Sickle. We read your posting. As you know, your orders were shipped to you via FedEx Tracking 7938 6714 1090. and FedEx Tracking 7989 5298 1145. We also completed and paid for your trust to be filed. You also know and it was clearly explained to you that for this type of trust to be approved by the trustee, that the law requires that they have a copy of your application and notarized copies of your identification. The trustee can lose his license if he does not have these on file. After countless requests, you have not returned these items. So, everyone can see by the tracking number that your order was delivered. So it appears that you are attempting to injure our reputation and are reporting false information. In all respect to you, that could leave you legally liable. Christina we have done our part to fulfill your order and have paid out thousands of dollars to do so. I suggest you call our offices and ask for Dean or Elizabeth so that we can address your concerns.
