never dealt with or heard of this company b4 but they have taken money from my bank acc without my say so i have never corresponded with this company and dont know who they are and have information on them but they taken money from bank acc on 24 of august 2012 please could you help me contact details on this unscrupolous company

- my account was debted 49.99 on the 6th of aug and still awaiting my money back can anyone realy help ive sent a email to bbc watchdog to look into it
