The tow truck drivers named Custom Wreckers of Caesar's Bay parking lot in Brooklyn, NY and their workers with out-of-state license plates stake out the front of the lot to wait for a customer to leave after they went shopping to exit the lot to quickly hook their car and extort money demanding huge amounts of money in cash to get their car back, they have others to watch the lot and report who left and from what car they do this all day long for no reason.
