Ordered 'free' trial sample of these skin care products advertised through facebook. All you had to pay was delivery (about £3 each). WIthout my knowledge was then 'subscribed' to receiving these monthly at a cost of $98 a month each. First time I was aware of this is when the money has been debited from my account.
Further, as I live in the UK and products sent from USA, I have to pay £19 to collect each parcel from the post office. Which I haven't done. So, I have no products and have been charged in excess of $200.
Customer service a joke. So far have been hung up on/disconnected four times today. Supervisors are always 'busy on another line.' No, you can't hold. If you get awkward they start saying there's a bad line/technical error etc and hang up. I have not been 'allowed' to cancel my subscription because it needs to be confirmed???? They do anything to fob you off and not address the issue. The intention seems to be to frustrate you into giving up.

Also have been scammed by this company Sylk skin I sent for trial jar advertised on Facebook of £3 19 p I gave my bank details and they have taken £62 37 p out of my account on the 25 sept 2012 I have already informed my bank and cancelled my card as I could not get hold of this company in America please be aware of these scams they are scum
