On 8/28/12, I got an e-mail saying that I was approved for a $5,000 loan, all I needed was c-signer or $530 to secure my loan, I was to send them funds by Green Dot Money Pak,and I did on 8/29/12, and I loaded the money on the card and gave them the 17 digits on back of the card, I did, next the loan officer (Christina Sullivan) told me that my funds would be available on 8/31/12 in my bank account, on this date, I did not receive the funds as of mid morning, I called Christina and she said ; I am sorry did you get an e-mail and I said no, she said the underwriting department did not approve my loan, I had a choice to send and additional $430.00 , get a co-signer, or have my $530.00 refunded, I chose to have the money refunded and she told me by the Labor Day Holiday approaching I should receive my refund back in 7 days and not the normal 5 business days; as of today 9/24/12 I have not received my refund check, she also state it would be coming back from the insurance company and not Vault Financial...okay, I called on the 10th day and was told by Melissa Waters that Christina was fired and gave the wrong info; it should be 4 weeks, today I called and Christina answers the phone, and I have been calling Melissa and talking to her, I am telling her to send me everything in am e-mail that proves that CHristina gave out the wrong info, everyday she says I just sent it , and she is saying it is something wrong with my e-mail, I called Melissa again today, and she pretended to be someone else, she was so confused until when I asked her what her name was she made up a different first name but still used the same last name , and then said oh my god, hold on, like something happened and I was disconnected again' this is not the first time, they have hung up on me.... People please don't fall for this I was desperate to come out of debt, not my vehicle is repoed, rent was behind. trying to rob peter to pay paul,,,also the company has taken down there website; complaints have also been filed the BBB. I hope and pray they catch these folks, I might need legal help now.
